Storage
Keep it in our vault. First 3 months free.
Choose “Store it” at checkout and your metal goes straight into our vault instead of the post. Stack up several orders and ship them together, hold until you visit Perth, or keep it stored long term for one simple annual fee.

How it works
Allocated storage, plain pricing
3 months free
Every order gets 3 months free from the day it is paid and stored. Consolidate orders and ship once to save on postage.
One annual fee
After the free period: the higher of $49.00 or 2% of spot value per year, billed once for all your stored metal on your storage anniversary. Orders still in their free period are charged pro rata for the months after it ends.
Yours, identified
Allocated storage: the exact bars and coins you bought, listed by order in your account, insured in our vault. Request shipping or book a collection whenever you like.
Worked example
You hold 50 oz of silver. On your billing day silver is about $87/oz, so your metal is worth about $4,350. 2% of that is $87, which is higher than the $49.00 minimum, so your annual storage fee is $87. A small holding worth $1,000 pays the $49.00 minimum.

Storage questions
- How much does storage cost?
- Nothing for the first 3 months of each order. After that, one combined annual fee across everything you store: the higher of $49.00 or 2% of the spot value of your metal on the billing day, charged 12 months in advance.
- Can I get my metal back any time?
- Yes. From your account you can request insured shipping (charged on the rate card and paid before dispatch) or book a collection at either store. Any outstanding storage fee is paid first. There is no refund for unused storage.
- Is it allocated storage?
- Yes. The specific bars and coins you bought are held for you and listed in your account by order. We do not lend, pool or hedge against stored metal.
- Is it suitable for an SMSF?
- Our allocated storage suits self-managed super funds: you hold specific, identified metal with a statement in your account. Check with your accountant for your fund's rules.
